Morning hours

Evening hours

You work until 6 pm and physical and mental activity decreases after 6 pm. So activities should be aimed at pacification at this time.
You can gradually curtail your activity and prepare for sleep from 18 to 22 hours. It is desirable to analyze the past day in the evening.

Sleep is also very important. The phase of deep sleep occurs and the internal forces of the organism are restored from 10 to 12 o’clock.

9.00 – a peak of activity of short-term memory.

10.00 – the blood circulation is accelerating, and the brain is better supplied with blood, and all that is heard and seen is most easily remembered. Therefore, it is time to create from 10 to 12.

11.00 – beginning a stress-resistant period. It’s time to settle conflicts.

Daytime from 12 to 16

12.00 – it’s time to rest. The acidity of the stomach increases, followed by the feeling of hunger. The mental activity decreases, because the blood flows to the stomach.

13.00 – lunchtime.

14.00 – the brain rested and is ready for long-term memorization. The feeling of pain is dulled, so schedule a visit to the dentist at this time.

Evening from 16 to 23

16.00 – you get a second wind. Work, study, go in for sports.

17.00 – senses become heightened. You can speak to a boss about a new project.

18.00 – work of the liver and pancreas is activated. The liver most effectively utilizes alcohol.

19.00 – blood pressure and pulse are falling. Therefore, it is desirable to abandon the drugs that reduce blood pressure at this time.

20.00 – body temperature and blood pressure decrease, metabolism slows down, drugs are better absorbed.

21.00 – the body is preparing for bed. Do not overload the stomach.

22.00 – it’s time to go to bed. If you decide to have fun with friends at a disco, then avoid drinking alcohol. An extra cocktail will turn into a morning headache.

Nighttime from 23 to 6

23.00 – this is the worst time for mental work.

24.00 – if you still can not sleep, it’s time to create. By the way, hormones that regulate birth pains are especially active at this time. The minimum of working capacity and quality of work (the greatest number of errors) is noted at 2-4 o’clock in the morning.
